One—moving. Not to mention moving for the last time for a long time. In just over a year I will have moved five times, lived in four cities (or at least metropolitan areas—actual "cities" would put it at six) and four states. I am so grateful for every part of it along the way and for everyone who has graciously let me be a part of the place that is theirs, but I'm excited about being in a place that feels like mine.
Two—road trip. Four years later, same trip. Pretty much. These four (plus two) to southeastern Colorado.

We'll get to hang out with my aunt and uncle, climb mountains, feed horses, sit in a wood-burning hot tub, float down the river, and so many other things. I don't want to make everyone else jealous, but...
Three—workspace(s). I keep daydreaming about building a huge desk/work surface in the new place where I can spread out all of my stuff (papers, supplies, tools, etc.) and know where everything is. It'll make it so much easier to be creative than when I have to pull everything out from under my bed, unpack it all from its respective boxes, and hide it back again right after using it. Also, we're moving so much closer to my painting studio, so I'll be able to spend more time there (or, really, spend time there at all).
OK, das it. Errbody dougie.
